John H. Hovey, LUTCF

Mr. Hovey began his career as a life insurance agent in 1975 with MetLife.  Within 2 years he acquired a license to sell and service property and casualty insurance, Mr. Hovey continues to serve the needs of the agency through the sales and service of life, health, disability, personal auto and home, and commercial property and casualty insurance.

Mr. Hovey holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation.

Mr. Hovey is veteran of the United States Army, and New York Army National Guard, retiring in 1996 after 22 years of service. He is veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He is a member of both the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mr. Hovey currently is Director of the Ontario ARC Foundation, Director of Geneva Community Projects and a director of Lakeview Community Resources, as well as an elder in the Presbyterian Church in Geneva, NY. He is a past President of the Kiwanis Club of Geneva, and past Director of Geneva Youth Hockey.

He is married to the former Doreen Kotlowski, and the father of 2 grown children, and 3 grandchildren.
